Welcome to Week Three of OM Wellness: Our Mental Wellness
We continue our path of moving throughout the wellness of our different bodies and enter into the spirit realm this week.
We do note, the term "spirit" can mean many things to different people. The meaning we will hold within our practices here is whatever helps you feel the interconnections of living things and/or a vibration of higher power beyond your own personal vibration.
Be this intuition, God, Goddess, Holy Spirit, Divine, Love, etc...
What is your connection to "spirit"?
What activities help you vibrate or function at a higher level and give you a keen awareness of the interconnections of living things on earth?
Take some time to really consider what you think your connection, as a human, to all living beings really is.
