This week begins your journey of becoming more aware of your own mental wellness & the intention to live a more holistic life.
As you move through the practices this week, take your time to notice what thoughts and mental patterns arise within the movement, meditation and journaling practices.
Remember, this journey is yours.
You get to determine the time and space it takes to navigate the tools within this course. Even though our themes of wellness are released weekly, this does not mean there is any certain schedule that needs to be followed.
Drop down into your natural rhythm and the intention that you have for yourself.
