Welcome to Week Two of OM Wellness: Our Mental Wellness
This week we begin to build onto the scaffolding of our mental wellness with the physical realm of our bodies.
As we move into these physical wellness offerings from our nOMad teachers and affiliate healers, take time to notice how your body responds to these practices.
What movements are you more drawn towards?
What types of physical activity light you up inside and what types of activities wear you down?
The messages your mind may be telling your body to do (maybe even the "should do" type of talk), might actually be unnecessary movements that your body needs to back away from.
Let yourself really listen to what your body is saying.
Take the time to hear what your body is actually needs and see if your energy matches the movements you are choosing to practice.
