Who Are You Becoming?


Welcome to Who Are You Becoming! What a gift you have already given yourself by showing up here.

It is such a pleasure to be with you as your guide on this journey that you are about to embark within your body and deep in your core being to witness how these energies are being reflected out into your life so you can create the life you want to become.

During our time together, you will explore patterns in your body as we travel through both the physical body and the subtle body via the chakra system. From the movement within your core, you will shift & release patterns that are no longer serving you to open up to a whole new life that is waiting for you to claim it. 

This 6 week series will take you on a journey within your body and dive deep into your life experiences up until now and be able to take a closer look at the vibration you want to create for your future.


Course Breakdown


Each week, we will be begin with setting our intention together through the Path of Liberation (or Vibing) using the chakra system as our roadmap through our practices.

This gives you the opportunity to really notice the patterns you hold within your body, see what blockages or obstacles may be getting in your way, and then make space for new healthy resources and an expanded awareness to manifest the person you truly want to become.

This coursework is organized in 5-parts each week.

Please move at your own pace. There are many ways you can practice. If you want to dive in deep, try to put aside time to do this full practice 1-3 times a week. Another way you could approach this is by taking little nuggets as you go by practicing one session each day.

However you do it, I recommend you do at least one of these practices each day and perhaps revisit a practice or two that resonates with you to reinforce the energy you want to manifest.

I would specifically recommend coming back to the movement practice. This is because the more quickly you experience the vibrational energy shifting within you, you will reveal to yourself who you are becoming to your fullest and most beautiful expression of you!


Each lesson will include:


·      MVT109™ Groundwork Practice Videos. You will be guided through short practices of organic groundwork movements to focus on the intention of the lesson within your body. Together, we will explore patterns that may feel stuck, stagnant, or have been avoided in the body to witness how these may also be playing out in your life. You can pause the video if some movement calls out to being further explored.

·     Music Playlists. Each session will also include a suggested playlist to move with on your own. This will help you release any patterns you may have noticed in the groundwork and/or celebrate the new energy you are making space for. Each week, I will include a playlist that is aligned with the week's theme but feel free to choose your own music and let it flow through you! The most important thing here is to feel free in your body.

·      Meditation Recordings. Short guided meditations will be facilitated to center the energy manifested in the body from the movement practice & expand your awareness beyond the perimeters of your body. These meditations will guide you each week to move higher up the vibrational frequency and bring you closer to the being you are ready to become.

·      Journal Prompts. These prompts will continue the conversation that began in your body to become more aware of how they are reflected in your personal life. Each prompt is aligned with the intention for the lesson to open you up to a new perspective so you can step forward into a new aspect of your life. These writing tools will truly bring to light what has been hiding within. Take as much time as needed here. No judgements and no need to impress anyone; not even yourself.

·     Other Self Discovery Resources. At the end of each lesson, I will offer a few more aspects to dive into to discover more about yourself. These may include previous podcast episodes of nOMad's The Space in Between, or other fun & creative ways to get out of your head, into your body, and present in your life.


My hope for you is that you begin to become more aware of who you are already. That you may fall deeply in love with her/him, and see there is already a new world within you that is absolutely magnificent! From that new realization and vibration you get to make choices that are more aligned with who you want to become. This whole journey, you get to choose.The key to your destiny is in knowing awareness is the transformation.
